Yanga continued their dominance in the NBC Premier League today with a 5-0 demolition of Dodoma Jiji in a match played at the New Amaan Complex Stadium in Zanzibar.
This marks the second consecutive game in which Yanga have won by a 5-0 margin, having now scored 10 goals in just two matches.
Clatous Chama opened the scoring before Duke Abuya, Ibrahim Bacca, and Maxi Nzengeli added three more goals in the second half, with Joash Onyango scoring an own goal to complete the rout.
Yanga now sit at the top of the table with 79 points and only one match remaining—against Simba on June 25—where they need just a single point to retain the championship title.
