The President of Yanga SC and Chairman of the African Club Association (ACA), Eng. Hersi Said, is currently in the United States to participate in the launch ceremony of the FIFA Club World Cup, which will be officially inaugurated tomorrow.
Eng. Hersi is attending the event as the top leader of African clubs and will take a leading role in representing the four clubs from Africa participating in this major tournament.
These clubs are Wydad Casablanca (Morocco), Al Ahly (Egypt), Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa), and Esperance de Tunis (Tunisia).
Eng. Hersi’s participation in this significant event continues to highlight the growing prominence of African football leaders on the international stage.
