Yanga SC Membership and Marketing Director, Ibrahim Samuel has urged members and fans to pay their dues on time as they are the catalyst for the club's development
Samuel has urged those who are not yet registered as members or fans to join branches to register and be officially recognized by the club
Speaking at a branch leaders' seminar held in Kigamboni yesterday, Samuel said that so far in Dar es Salaam there are 271 branches that have met the criteria and been recognized by the club
He said that branches have a great power in the growth of the club because that is where opinions on how to run the club can be given
"We have developed various excellent processes to encourage the payment of dues in the Dar es Salaam Region. We started with 91 branches. The membership department came up with innovations that produced new branches. We went to universities and established Young Z and visited various institutions. Currently, we have 271 branches that are ""Branch members have a great influence on the growth of our club. This is where the ideas on how to run our club come from. That is why we strongly encourage branches to hold regular meetings. Branch leaders also have a great responsibility to ensure that they read the club constitution to identify their responsibilities," he said. "
The seminar also included a registration exercise for Members and Fans where Samuel handed out cards to new members and fans.
