According to the regulations, it states that if it is found that Yanga security officers were involved in preventing Simba from practicing, regulation 47 (1) explains the punishment that may be faced
"The club has the responsibility and duty to ensure that its players, leaders, members and fans respect themselves and do not engage in any acts of misconduct such as insults, threats, violence, acts that indicate superstitious beliefs and any other unsportsmanlike acts on sports grounds"
"A club whose fans/players/leaders commit such acts will be fined Sh5 million and for repeated offenses, a fine of between Sh10 million and Sh20 million will be imposed," the regulation explains
What about the offense of boycotting a game? Rule 47(6) explains that the maximum penalty is relegation
"A club that fails to send a team to the field after attending a game preparation session will be fined Sh5 million and relegated. The leader who participated in not sending the team to the field will be brought before the Disciplinary Committee or the TFF Ethics Committee," the rule explains
