Yanga has shined to the top of the league standings after a 3-0 win against Pamba Jiji in a game played at the CCM Kirumba stadium
Pamba Jiji started the game fast attacking Yanga's goal but it was Wananchi who scored first in the 28th minute through Chadrack Boka who scored a free kick just outside the 18th.
It was a match in which coach Miloud Hamdi entered more tactically, starting with three defensive midfielders Khalid Aucho, Mudathir Yahya and Duke Abuya to face the pressure of Pamba Jiji
In the second period, Miloud replaced Stephane Aziz with Aucho, a change that made Yanga increase the speed of their attacks
It was Aziz Ki who was Yanga's hero in the second half scoring two important goals that ensured Yanga that important victory
After waiting for several weeks, finally today Yanga fans have witnessed the winger Jonathan Ikangalombo who entered the second half to replace Mudathir
The few minutes he played were enough to show his competence, being involved in the acquisition of the second goal where he passed to Maxi Nzengeli who hit a cross finished by Aziz Ki
Ikangalombo created another open chance for Aziz Ki which however the rock from Burkina Faso did not use
Three important points for the Citizens reaching 58 points after 22 matches
