Yanga Head Coach Sead Ramovic has said that his team's performance gives him hope that they will achieve the goals of having a better and more competitive squad
Since he was handed the reins to lead Yanga, Ramovic has led the Citizens to win all six matches in the Premier League, scoring 22 goals and conceding only two goals
Speaking after the 4-0 victory against Kagera Sugar the other day, Ramovic said they are now creating many opportunities and using them although not very effectively
But the team has also continued to be strong in defense where he has said that all the players fulfill their roles well when they do not have the ball
"I'm happy to see the players are getting better as the days go by, the speed, strength and effort on the field is getting bigger and bigger at an impressive level, we're scoring goals but I know we can't use every chance but we can score more goals"
"If you look at whether we have a good defensive line, it's okay, the defenders are doing well, but here I would like to look at the whole team, the way we lose the ball, we all fight to remove it from the possession of the opponents and this has been done well"
"I congratulate the players, they played well and met a team that had a more defensive plan and used surprise balls, they were able to pass them and score more than three goals," said Ramovic
In his 6 matches, Ramovic has broken the goals record of his predecessor Miguel Gamondi who in 10 matches he led the Yanga team this season, the team scored only 12 goals
