Yanga head coach Sead Ramovic has said that the loss of the game against Al Hilal is due to his players not being at the best level of physical fitness
Ramovic has said that in order for the team to be able to compete in major competition, the 'fitness' of the players must be high
He said they are returning to the training ground to work on those shortcomings to ensure they return stronger
"It was not a good start for me personally and even the whole team in this championship but we have to be clear, I will talk about the areas that we need to improve"
"Among the areas that let us down is the physical fitness of my players. The 'fitness' of the players is very low. If you want to do well in the Champions League, the 'fitness' of the players must be high"
"We failed to play fully for 90 minutes because of the low fitness of the players. We started the game well, we had several chances to score but we didn't use them"
"In the second half we had the best chances in front of Al Hilal's goal, Aziz Ki and Kennedy Musonda's headers, if we had used them we would probably have changed the image of the game. "
"We have accepted the result, we have lost one match so it is still early. We have time to work on our challenges and improve so that we can do well in the next matches. I believe we will come back stronger" said Ramovic
