Yanga management have asked the fans who will show up at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium today in the Champions League game against Al Hilal not to do violence to avoid punishment by the Confederation of African Football (CAF)
Yanga Information and Communications Manager Ali Kamwe has said that fans should not light fireworks, fires or do any kind of violence
"I ask all the fans who will come to the stadium, let's continue our culture of peace and tranquility, let's cheer our team in a civilized manner without violence or setting fire and fireworks"
"Some teams have been banned from allowing fans into their matches due to incidents of that nature. So we should avoid any kind of violence to ensure that fans are allowed in all our matches we will play at home," said Kamwe
MC Alger of Algeria is among the clubs that have been banned from allowing fans into their matches due to violent incidents
After the game against Al Hilal, the next game Yanga will face MC Alger in Algeria on December 07 and due to the imprisonment of MC Alger, there will be no fans
