The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced new punishment for all teams participating in the Champions League and the Confederations Cup that will fail to fully comply with the rules
Simba and Yanga are representing Tanzania in the championship in which the group stage will begin to kick off at the end of this month
According to those regulations, each team should use official CAF balls, whereas if a team uses an unofficial ball during the match, it will be fined USD 40,000 from USD USD 30,000
But also using an unofficial logo a fine of up to USD 10,000 from USD 2,000. Disrespecting the colors of equipment presented by CAF fines up to USD 40,000 from USD 10,000.
The non-appearance of players' names on the jersey is fined up to USD 20,000 from USD 5,000. A technical bench that uses unapproved branded clothing is fined up to USD 60,000.
