Yanga head coach Miguel Gamondi has said that he will continue to use winger Denis Nkane in defensive roles on the right as he is satisfied that he can play in that area according to his methods
In the Champions League game against CBE SA played in Zanzibar and Yanga won 6-0, Gamondi introduced Nkane in the second half replacing Yao Kouassi
Gamondi has said for the methods he prefers to use, the responsibilities of the right guard are sometimes like a winger, so he sees no problem using Nkane in that area
But he also said that due to the existing competition, it is not easy for Nkane to get a place in front of players like Maxi Nzengeli, Clement Mzize, Clatous Chama, Kennedy Musonda and Pacome Zouzoua who are used as wings in times of need
"Denis Nkane for me, I see him as having the ability to be a cornerback who can attack (wingback) because he has speed and skill, I believe this position will make him better in the near future," said Gamondi
