Yanga head coach Miguel Gamondi has made it clear that his team is going to Ethiopia with only one mission, to ensure that they win away from home in order to put themselves in a good environment to enter the group stage of the African Champions League for the second season in a row
Yanga will play the first leg match against CBE SA on Saturday September 14 and the teams will meet one week later in Tanzania
The Yanga delegation will leave the country at dawn tomorrow Thursday where it will include some players while among the players who were in the roles of the national teams are expected to join the team directly in Ethiopia
History shows that Yanga has had a difficult time winning in Ethiopia where the last time the Nationals played in that country, they were beaten 1-0 by Wolaita Ditcha in the first round game of the Confederation Cup (CAF CC)
However, this time Yanga is proud to have the best team but Gamondi said that is not enough, they must fight for victory away from home
Gamondi has said that he has followed CBE and identified their strengths and weaknesses and thus knows the type of game they are going to face
