Referee Ahmed Arajiga from Manyara, has been appointed to play the final of the Community Shield between Yanga against Azam which will be played tomorrow Sunday at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam starting at 1:00 pm.
Yanga got the ticket after eliminating Simba by beating them 1-0, while Azam won 5-2 against Coastal Union.
Arajiga, who played the first semifinal of the Community Shield between Azam and Coastal, will be assisted by Frank Komba from Dar es Salaam and Mohammed Mkono wa Tanga.
Mkono returns to this game after being in the second semi-final of the Community Shield in which Yanga beat Simba as assistant referee number one.
Amina Kyando from Morogoro will be the reserve referee in the game while Soud Abdi (Arusha) will be given the task of evaluating the referees. These were also present in the Yanga game against Simba on their same duties.
