Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court today August 09,2024 has dismissed the entire proceedings of the application filed by Juma Magoma and his colleagues to remove the leadership of the Yanga club from power and also set aside all the awards and orders given, in the judgment that gave victory to the Elders
The court has ordered Magoma, Geofrey Mwaipopo and Abeid Mohamed Abeid to pay to the Applicant (Board of Trustees of the Yanga club) the costs of the proceedings
The decision has been given by the Mfawidhi Resident Magistrate, Franco Kiswaga, when giving a decision on the reference of the application number 187/2022 requested by the Board on the allegation that the Elders did not have the qualifications to open the case
Yanga Legal Director Simon Patrick has said that the cost of running the case is more than 70 Million, Magoma and his colleagues will have to pay those costs
