The Media and Communications Manager of the Yanga club, Ali Kamwe has said that they are in final negotiations with the team they will face in the Citizen's Week summit game which will be played on August 04 at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
He has never said before that they were thinking of bringing a team from Europe but now they have stopped the plan after finding a team with the qualities they need here in Africa
"You know we invited several big teams but most of them were afraid to meet us except this one with whom we are finalizing the talks"
"It is a great team that has ever won the Champions League title, they will come to Mkapa and let's show each other work on August 04"
"This season we have set big goals, we want the African championship, that's why you can see that our preparations are different, we only play with big teams"
Before returning to the country for Citizen Week, Yanga will play two matches in South Africa
Tomorrow Wednesday they will meet TS Galaxy in a game that will be broadcast by Azam TV and conclude the final game on Sunday July 28 against Kaizer Chiefs in the Toyota Cup
