Member of Yanga Mzee Juma Magoma has denied reports circulating online that he and his colleague have won the case against Yanga Resident Magistrate Court, Kisutu in Dar es Salaam in the judgment issued in 2023
Interviewed by Crown Media earlier today, Mzee Magoma said he has seen the information on the internet like other people but he has no information about the victory he is supposed to have against Yanga
"I cannot understand what the Court is doing, because I am the one who deserves to be sentenced. This is propaganda. I am still Eng. Hersi is my leader along with his board"
"But if anything else happens through me, I myself will call the media and talk to them. But what happened yesterday (winning the case against the Yanga leadership) is not true," he said
Magoma's statement shows that it is possible that it is propaganda because even the case itself seems to be opened in 2022. According to the information spread on the internet, the decisions came out in August 2023, but surprisingly the debate was raised on July 16, 2024, almost a year since the judgment was given!
