Augustine Okrah belongs to Yanga after being officially introduced the other day on Sunday night for the New Year 2024.

Gamondi revealed this after the introduction of the player, when his team emerged with the first victory of the Mapinduzi tournament of 5-0 goals against Jamhuri at Amaan Stadium, Zanzibar.
Okrah has a lot of work to do to convince Gamondi, who himself said that the management has monitored the player for two months and determined his quality, so he believes he will help the team especially during this period, they have many competitions
"I am not worried about the registration of Okrah because he is a player who has experience in the Tanzanian league and his records when he came out statistically are good, also the leadership before signing him has monitored him for two months, I believe he will be a help to the team," he said.
"I don't need to talk a lot about the player now, I will give him a chance to show his quality in practice, which will give him a chance to play more, if he fails to do what we expect from him, he will let others play," he said.
Gamondi said this registration window is lucky to get a good player because many have contracts with their teams and breaking them is a big cost.
Okrah, who once played for Simba, is the second player signed by Yanga this window, after midfielder from JKU, Shekhan Ibrahim Hamis
