Yanga head coach Miguel Gamondi has said his team is ready for the Premier League game against Mtibwa Sugar which will be played tomorrow Saturday at the Azam omplex stadium
Speaking in a press conference, Gamondi said he had a good week of preparation and therefore believes they will have a good game tomorrow
"I'm glad we got one week of training so I believe we will have a good game there tomorrow. We will miss some players due to various reasons including serving punishments and injuries. But we also have to be careful because we are facing a Champions League game. ," said Gamondi
At another stage, Gamondi said the important thing now is to see his team play well and win the match
Gamondi emphasized that every player is important to him, who plays and who is out depends on the game plan and the readiness of the players
He has explained the reasons why some players do not get a chance and also his decision not to use wings
"I need to make a team that plays together and creates chances, scores goals too"
"As a coach I have to decide, last season we had Mayele (Fiston) who was at a high level (he scored 30+ goals). Imagine if this team had Mayele where would it be? Now Mayele is not there so we are building a team that plays together and create many opportunities," he said
