Today Yanga has signed a sponsorship agreement for the Bacca week leading up to Bacca Day which will be concluded on December 02 at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium for the game between Yanga and Al Ahly in the group stage of the CAF Champions League
The Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA) and ZIPA have each provided Tsh 20 million to sponsor the Bacca week, making Yanga bring in Tsh 40 million in five days
Information and Communication Manager of Yanga Ali Kamwe and his department deserve congratulations for this innovation which has now started to bring income to the club
He never started with Maxi Day home match against Asas Fc, followed by Aziz Ki Day match against Al Hilal and now Bacca Day match against Al Ahly got sponsorship
This process will continue for all Champions League matches where Yanga is at home
