Members and fans of Yanga have donated amount of Tsh 1 Million to the Information and Communication Manager of the club Ali Kamwe to pay the fine imposed on him by the Management Committee of the League Board
Kamwe was punished by the Committee for allegedly mocking the referee Tatu Malogo through his social media page after the game between Singida BS and Simba which was covered by a lot of blame on the referees
The famous member of Yanga Jimmy Msindo 'Kindoki' conducted the collection of the donations through his Instagram page and the money was found after 4 hours
Kindoki has said that the purpose is to show that the Yanga fans are with their Information Officer and they will not be silent without fear of being fined
The assistant referees in the two matches in which Simba scored controversial goals against Prisons and Singida BS have all been suspended for five matches, but at the end Simba will still remain with six points which these penalties indicate they did not get legally
Kindoki said referees should play all matches equally without favoring any team so that at the end of the season the champion can be found legally
While citizens donated Tsh 1 Million, Bongo fleva artist Bilnas 'Mzee wa Maokoto' has also promised to pay the fine for Kamwe.
