Vice President of Yanga Arafat Haji has said that they have no worries about the Champions League game against Al Merrikh which will be played tomorrow Saturday at the Azam Complex Stadium, Dar es Salaam
At 7:00 p.m. on the outskirts of Chamazi, Yanga will host Al Merrikh in a game in which 90 minutes can bring back the happiness of the people as they witness their team again playing in the group stage of the Champions League after waiting for almost 25 years
p>The 2-0 victory that Yanga achieved away from home at the Kigali Pele Stadium, Nyamirambo in Rwanda, gives the people great hope to advance to the group stage
Arafat said they know the second game will not be easy but they have faith in coach Miguel Gamondi and his technical bench as well as the players who make up Yanga's best team this season
"We know the game is not over, 90 minutes of the first game ended in Kigali, Rwanda and God blessed us with a 2-0 away win, but looking at our team, the preparation of teacher Miguel Gamondi, and the quality of the team ours, then it is our hope that we are going to complete where we left off and move to the next stage of the groups"
"Currently our goal, which is the passion of every Mwanyanga, is to qualify the groups and when we get there we will organize ourselves to see if we get far in the championship," said Arafat
