Yanga Head Coach Miguel Gamondi has expressed his admiration for the ability shown by all the players in his squad
Yanga has registered 28 players this season where all players have been used in friendly matches while 26 have been used in competitive matches
Gamondi has pointed out that there is a lot of competition in the training ground, each player fighting to be given a place in the first team and thus making him have a large army to use in various matches
Despite the absence of the 11 stars of the team who were called to the national teams, preparing for the matches to qualify for the African (Afcon) 2023 finals to be held in Ivory Coast, most of them from the first team, but Gamondi has warned that so far there is no who is sure of the number in the squad
Gamondi has said that until now he does not have a first team, he will continue to use his players depending on the type of opponent they play against
"With the team getting good results in the games we have played so far, I still haven't found the first team players due to the positions of the players I have, each of them show their ability and need to play in that team, so Yanga each has a chance to play depending on the team we meet," said Gamondi
In Gamondi's team, it is not surprising for a player to do well in one match and find himself on the stage in the next match while the player who took his place lights the fire as well
Gamondi has made changes in every position from goalkeeper to number 11 but his team continued to play at the same level
