Yanga Sc has approved the opening of a Members Branch in Malawi
Yesterday after Yanga arrived in Malawi, among those who showed up to receive the champions of mainland Tanzania were Yanga fans living in Malawi
The fans submitted their request to open a branch to the President of Yanga Engineer Hersi Said who ordered the process of opening the branch to start immediately
"We are happy to see here in Malawi Yanga has a lot of fans, we have received your request to open a branch here and I have instructed my boys to start the process immediately"
"I Iam told there are 300 people here, you can register as Yanga Members through smart phones, if you reach 100 members then your Branch will be recognized"
"According to our Constitution, an active branch with 100 members or more is allowed to participate to the General Meeting of Members, so you Malawians will be able to participate in the meeting to give your opinion"
"We like to see Yanga have members not only here in Malawi, but all over the world," said Hersi
This evening Yanga will be at the Bingu Stadium to face Nyasa Big Bullets in an international friendly game on the 59th anniversary of Malawi's Independence
More than 41,000 fans are expected to witness the game which will also be witnessed by the President of Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan and the President of Malawi Lazarus Chakwera
