After the news spread that Yanga club has banned from registration due to the debt owed by their former coach Luc Eymael, it has been learned that Yanga has paid the coach
Yanga Information Officer Ali Kamwe admitted the delay in the payment of the final installment which they have now completed, Luc has confirmed that it has been paid
"They have given me three quarters of the money they are supposed to pay me, I am grateful for that because I want us to end peacefully"
"I love Tanzania because I had a good time there, it's just that there were challenges, other lives have to go on," he said
Yanga reached an agreement to pay Eymael in installments, after breaking his contract due to racist statements
The coach was expelled from the country in 2021 while being banned from teaching football in Tanzania
South Africa also prevented Eymael from working in that country due to his racist remarks
