Today in Dodoma region, Yanga club has received the honor of being awarded a SPECIAL AWARD for being an institution officially recognized by the Ministry of Health in donating blood
The Minister of Health Ummy Mwalimu presented the award to the President of Yanga Engineer Hersi Said on the occasion of World Blood Donation Day which is held on June 14 every year
It has been a custom of the Yanga club to donate blood through its members and fans with the aim of saving the lives of Tanzanians in need such as parents, patients who have had an accident and so on
Of course the AWARD is a great honor for Engineer Hersi who has been at the forefront of awareness, it is also a great honor for the Yanga club
