Fiston Mayele yesterday scored his sixth goal in the CAF Confederations Cup this season in a 2-1 victory against Marumo Gallants and helped Yanga book a ticket to the finals of the tournament
In the game Mayele also created Yanga's second goal scored by Kennedy Musonda. Mayele's first goal was made by Musonda and thus making the two in the attack line dangerous in the tournament
Mayele continues to compete for the golden shoe in the competition with Ranga Chivaviro of Marumo Gallants who scored Marumo own goal yesterday
After Marumo left the competition, it is clear that Mayele is in a good position to emerge as the top scorer as he has another 180 minutes of the final to add to his goals
Mayele has left a conversation in South Africa after showing good performance in the game against Marumo
It was not easy for the Marumo defenders to deal with him and they actually slept with their shoes on

Also Mayele and Musonda have continued to be the most effective twin in the competition in the Yanga team
In the six goals that Mayele has scored, three goals were made by Musonda who has four assists in the Confederations Cup. Musonda has also scored two goals in the tournament
