Yanga Sc has been fined 10,000 dollars after its fans set off fireworks in the second leg of the quarter-final match of the CAF Confederation Cup against Rivers United played at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium on April 30th
According to the information provided by CAF, Yanga has also been fined 25,000 dollars for the incident of Rivers United bus being attacked and stolen when the team was at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium for the last training session
Yanga has been ordered to ensure the safety of their opponents (Malumo Gallants) towards the semi-final game which will be played on May 10 2023
