US Monastir has been banned by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) from using their Mustapha Ben Jannet stadium after not meeting the criteria
US Monastir is in the city of Sousse where Yanga camped for two days before going to Tunis to face Club Africain
CAF have instructed US Monastir to make important improvements in their stadium but it is clear that their first match at home against Yanga will be played somewhere else
Yanga will now face US Monastir in the Hammedi Agrebi Olympic Stadium, where they won 1-0 against Club Africain and advanced to the group stage
Yanga head coach Nasreddine Nabi has said that the change is a comfort for them because they would have encountered a lot of violence outside the field if they were sent to Sousse
Nevertheless, Nabi said the game against Monastir will be difficult because the team is better than Club Africain
"This is good news for us, we were doing a lot of calculations on how to play at Mustapha Ben Jannet Stadium, they know we won against Club Africain, there would be violence before the game"
"The big step is for us to prepare to play with quality, people should not think that Monastir is like Club Africain, Monastir have the best team, they have fast wings and the best midfielders," Nabi was quoted by Mwanaspoti
