A few days after being given a contract to lead the women's team of Yanga Princess in the Premier League (WPL), Sebastian Nkoma has said that he has agreed to lead Yanga Princess knowing they have a good and excellent squad that he can lead to win the Title
Nkoma, who was once the coach of Simba Queens, said he joined Yanga Princess with two questions to ask himself, why the team failed to win the title in four consecutive seasons because he was following them before, , he believes it will be possible as they have the best squad.

"It is too early to speak directly, I have landed to bring the title, I need to stay with the team by leading for even five games so that I can look at the shortcomings and the quality where I can add something," Nkoma was quoted by the newspaper Mwanaspoti
"There are some players I have worked with when I was at Simba Queens like Maimuna, it is easy for me to start working with them well. There are also others I have met with in the national team, I need to see that they develop discipline and competitive so that we can achieve our goals "
"I have seen a good signings and I believe the mission of the leadership is to see the team achieve success. I want to confirm the registration made by combining players from different countries if it is in line with the needs or else, I will have something to tell them so that we know where we can improve and where we have gone wrong"
His first match is on Wednesday against Mkwawa Queens which will be played at Uhuru Stadium
