Yanga midfielder Khalid Aucho has emerged as Uganda's best player of the year for the 2021/22 season after being voted by a large number of votes
Aucho won the award beating Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Denis Onyango and Vipers Fc striker Yunus Sentum
In the race, Aucho got 3,646,064 votes (79.40%), Sentamu second place getting 52,3876 votes (11.41%) while Onyango took third place getting 42,2278 votes (9.20% 3)
>Aucho has become the fourth player to win the award after Taddeo Lwanga, Nicholas Wadada and Allan Okello
Aucho has thanked all the fans who voted for him, including Yanga fans who voted for him in large numbers
