Yanga Sc today have signed a partnership agreement with UNICEF which is the United Nations (UN) organization to provide education on Covid 19 and Ebola diseases
President of Yanga Engineer Hersi Said, said that the six-month contract is the result of the cooperation between Yanga and the Jackson Group Company that succeeded in signing the contract
"We as a Citizens club have been doing various events that directly touch the community in our matches. Yanga has developed a system that gives back to the community through cooperation with the GSM Foundation company"
"These relationships have really attracted UNICEF and the United Nations in general and see if this club can have an impact on achieving projects that go directly to the community"
"Through that, Yanga has been given the opportunity to become a UNICEF Participant in major projects that directly affect the community. The agreement we signed is going to connect Yanga with UNICEF through two major projects"
"The first project is the vaccination of UVIKO 19 which we all know is a global epidemic. UNICEF has seen that the Yanga club can achieve this project for Tanzanians"

Hersi has said that Yanga has been selected by the UN after meeting all the criteria, including checking the club's accounts and its management system
