Yanga winger, Bernard Morrison, after missing the first two games of the Champions League against Zalan FC of South Sudan, said that he is fit to return to the field to help his team in the next stage of the tournament against Al Hilal of Sudan
Morrison did not appear in the two games due to injury, but Yanga managed to advance to the first round with a 9-0 aggregate victory, winning the first match 4-0 and the second leg 5-0.
The Ghanaian star, who never runs out of adventures, said he has recovered and will return to the field soon, so in collaboration with his colleagues, they will ensure that they do well in the Champions League that they reach their goals.
He said their biggest goal is to see Yanga play in the quarter-finals of the tournament and he believes that will be successful because of the quality of their team.
"It is true that I have not been seen on the field due to injuries and now I am fine, I have started training and I will return to the field to fight for the team to get good results in the games that are in front of us," said Morrison
Yanga's Head Coach, Nasreddine Nabi, has made it clear that he will use the Tanzania Mainland Premier League games against Ihefu Fc and Ruvu Shooting to correct the shortcomings that appeared in previous games towards the game against Al Hilal which they start at home, Benjamin Mkapa Stadium on October 8 , this year.
