The Committee on Rules and Status of Players of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has approved the registration of winger Tuisila Kisinda to play for Yanga after the champions of Tanzania managed to transfer striker Lazarus Kambole
The statement issued by TFF earlier today states that the Committee initially blocked the registration of Kisinda despite the fact that it was done within the registration window as Yanga already had 12 foreign players
Despite the problem, his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) has already been obtained
Thus by transferring Kambole, Yanga have got the chance to sign Kisinda as it was advised in the past
According to rule 62(1) of the Premier League 2022 edition, the club is allowed to register 12 foreign players
Kambole has joined the Wakiso Giants team that plays in the Ugandan Premier League and TFF has already issued his ITC
