The former spokesman of Yanga Haji Manara has expressed surprise at the decision of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) to block the registration of winger Tuisila Kisinda to join Yanga from RS Berkane
Manara said Yanga has completed the registration of Kisinda before the registration window closed, they have submitted the names of 12 foreign players who were registered within the time but they wonder why Kisinda is blocked if he even has his ITC?
"Preventing Tuisila kisinda from playing for reasons that do not meet the conditions of the rules is a continuation of bullying against us. Where is the fault when his registration was done before the window was closed? When will the Club be given time to submit the registration names? Be it for the players local or foreigners?"
"How long has the Committee responsible for Players Status been sitting until the Secretary issues a verdict? Who are we doing these things to please? For whose deep interest?," asked Manara
