Yanga Head Coach Nasreddine Nabi said he is satisfied with the performance shown by his players in the two league games against Police Tanzania and Coastal Union.
Nabi said that despite playing three matches in seven days, his players have given everything for the Yanga jersey to ensure they win all the games
The other day Yanga completed the second match in the Premier League by beating Coastal Union 2-0 in the game played at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium
Yanga also won 2-1 in the first game at the stadium against Tanzania Police
August 13 Yanga won the first match against Simba this season, taking the Community Shield with a 2-1 victory at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
Nabi said the two league games they played in Arusha were difficult due to the tight schedule
"We have played three matches in seven days, the players' bodies were tired, the pitch was also not very friendly"
"But I am glad the players have realized and know the importance of three points and the importance of every league match, we can say they have done a great job," said Nabi
Yanga has returned to the city of Dar es Salaam where Nabi has given a break to his players before starting the preparation for the next match against Azam Fc which will be played on September 06 as well as the first game of the preliminary stage of the Champions League against Zalan which will be played September 09-11 in Sudan
