Bernard Morrison has recently contacted Simba asking for a release letter
Simba have refused to give him the letter after finding out he will join Yanga
Morrison's contract with Simba expires August 14 2022 while the Champions League is expected to begin on August 12 2022
CAF registration will be closed before his contract with Simba expires meaning Yanga will not be able to sign Morrison for the CAF Champions League
If Yanga sign Morrison, they will have to wait for the group stage to be able to use him in the CAF competition
But Yanga will be able to use him without any hindrance in the domestic league
