As the form collection process officially closed, it is important for Yanga Members to be aware of the following issues;
1. Yanga Ac is governed by its 2021 Constitution and its rules, the TFF Constitution and its rules, the CAF Constitution and its rules, the FIFA Constitution and its rules as well as the laws of the land.
2. The main qualifications to have a Yanga Leader must be a living Member, aged 25-75, be a Tanzanian citizen, be a member for at least 4 years, and have the required education for the position you are running for and you have never been convicted of an offense criminal then, outside and there is nothing to prevent a member from running for office.
3. Special election meeting The branches will be represented by only 5 members per branch, meaning the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and two members of the general assembly at the branch level, so if there is a branch with no members from 100 and has not held an election it will not have the right to hold a meeting. of choice (The club will use its database to verify this matter).
4. The election of the President and Vice-President shall be determined by a majority of 51% of the members present and eligible to vote while the Election of the Executive Committee Members shall be determined by the first 5 candidates leading by a majority of votes cast.
5. If there is more than one candidate whose votes are equal, then those candidates will compete in the second round.
