Yanga's management has already begun the process of extending contracts of players who will be free at the end of the season
Among those players is attacking midfield Saido Ntibazonkiza who this season has been very good for him
With six goals and five assists in all competitions, Ntibazonkiza has become a valuable player in the Yanga squad
Technical Committee Chairman Dominic Albinius said they have already held talks with Ntibazonkiza and will sign a new contract
Albinus said with the quality that Saido has, fans will not understand if he is not given a new contract asap
"No one can dare to say Saido should not be offered a contract at the moment. If you don't give him a contract the Citizens will not understand!"
"When we spoke to him he told us he was happy to be in this family and his name has become more respectable here in Tanzania and even in Burundi," Albinus was quoted by Mwanaspoti
Along with Saido other players whose contracts expire at the end of the season include captain Bakari Nondo Mwamnyeto, Kibwana Shomari, Yassin Mustafa, Zawadi Mauya, Deus Kaseke and Farid Mussa
Albinus said they are committed to renewing all player contracts that the coach needs to keep on the next season to ensure no player leaves free
