Yanga's top scorer Fiston Mayele has promised fans that they will fight to the death in the Premier League match against Mtibwa Sugar to ensure they win.
It will be the first time for a Yanga to play at Manungu Stadium which was last used in 1999 in a game between Mtibwa Sugar against Yanga
Mayele said despite knowing that the game will be tough but they will fight as a team to make sure they emerge victorious due to the importance of the game itself.
"We know the depth of this game, it is the last game of the first round of the league, so we have to finish it with victory, I think it will be a tough game as we will be away but we are not afraid of that"
"We are ready for the fight and we will fight until the last minute to make sure we leave with a victory, every game for us needs a victory, and that is due to the need to achieve our goals this season," said Mayele
Mayele has scored six goals in the league and is currently trailing by four goals against Reliants Lusajo who is leading the golden boot race with 10 goals
