Last night a special ceremony was held to congratulate President Dr. HUSSEIN ALI MWINYI for completing one year of his tenure in the eighth phase government in ZANZIBAR.
In the ceremony which was attended by senior government officials led by Hon. Dr. MWINYI, Second Vice President Zanzibar Hon. HEMED SULEIMAN ABDULLA, Ministers, Ambassadors and Trustees, SPONSORS AND DONORS of the Government of Zanzibar.
The special event organized by the MINISTRY OF SPORTS (ZANZIBAR) aimed to congratulate President MWINYI and his government but also to thank and acknowledge the contribution of various stakeholders in the sports sector.
"As a matter of fact, in the development of sports, SPONSORSHIP is a major pillar. I urge the Minister of Sports to go out and find sponsors so that we can find the best league"
