Many have been curious to know what has been decided by the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) over the Yanga case against player Bernard Morrison where after the verdict was postponed on September 21, it was announced that it would be decided on October 26
Judgment of the case according to CAS was supposed to be on August 24, then postpone to September 21 and again forwarded to October 26
One thing for sure is statement will issued by Yanga once they receive the verdict, this silence means they have not received the CAS verdict
CAS is an International Court of Justice, they have their own procedures, and they make their decisions on their time frame
Case decisions may be delayed, this happens frequently but must be Decided
Those who ask questions about the verdict should wait, a statement MUST be provided
For those who believe Yanga has lost the case should ask themselves why Simba has not given information about their player winning?
That's why we say the verdict will be known, if Yanga wins/loses they will inform their supporters, if Morrison wins Simba WILL inform their supporters as well
So obviously the Verdict has not yet reached to both sides, Yanga and Morrison
