The International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) was expected to rule on Bernard Morrison's case vs Yanga today
However, information obtained earlier today indicated that the verdict was postponed to October 26
Attorney Alex Mgongolwa has confirmed receiving a CAS letter on the adjournment of the trial
"We have received a letter from the CAS stating that the verdict has been postponed until October 26. Every time you see a verdict being postponed then the counselor has an argument, so we are waiting for that decision," said Mgongolwa
It is almost a year now since Yanga filed the case with CAS after being dissatisfied with the ruling by the TFF's Appeals and Status Committee which nullified Morrison's contract with Yanga and allowed him to join Simba
