Former Yanga coach Mwinyi Zahera said Yanga had a chance to overturn the results in Nigeria with a win over Rivers United
Zahera, who is expected to become the Director of Youth Football Development, managed to have an away win while coaching in 2019/20 season at the Champions League
His team was forced to a 1-1 draw against Township Rollers in Dar es Salaam and emerged victorious with a 1-0 win in Botswana and booked a place in the first round
Zahera said despite losing the first game at home, there is still a chance for Yanga to win away from home
"Yanga's chances of advancing to the Champions League are there. Rivers United is beatablel if players will be careful in attack and defence"
"Yanga should not waste a single second of time, attack all 90 minutes, players must know their roles," said Zahera
Yanga will depart on Friday on a chartered flight to Nigeria and the team will return to the Country on the same Sunday after the game
The caravan will include about 48 fans who will have the opportunity to cheer the team at in Nigeria
