Yanga Sc has commented on ITC's delay of three players Shabani Djuma, Fiston Mayele and Khalid Aucho
Yanga spokesperson Haji Manara said they were late to receive the ITCs of the players despite the fact that they completed their registration procedures on time
"We submitted an ITC application for Shabani Djuma and Fiston Mayele to AS Vita earlier but they told us to wait until August 31, their contracts would expire. But we saw that by then the CAF registration window would be closed so we wrote a letter to FIFA asking to get ITCs for those players so we can use them "
"Aucho had a dispute with the club he was playing for (El Makassa). He decided to terminate his contract. em>
"We hope FIFA will respond to us before the game on Sunday. So at the moment we can't say whether we will use them or not, let's wait for FIFA's response," said Manara
However, Manara has insisted Yanga has a wide squad, that even if those players are absent, there are others to replace them
"Yanga have registered good players. Even if these players could miss, we have others to play their positions without any worries," added Manara
