Yanga Acting General Secretary Haji Mfikira said they are awaiting the outcome of the case against Ghanaian player Bernard Morrison
Mfikirwa said after the case was heard by the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), they were informed that the verdict would be handed by August 24
"This case has taken a long time, we have been communicating with CAS via email. Everyone is interested in understanding the decisions of the case, so it is with us leaders"
"Yesterday I did not sleep, I was always opening the club's email to see if there was any information from CAS. Now the case is over, we officials have nothing to do but wait for the verdict"
"This is a Court that is working in its order, even if they promised us that they would deliver the verdict on August 24, we cannot start asking them why they have not handed down the verdict so far. I believe the verdict will come any day we have to wait," said Mfikiwa / em>The case of the Contract dispute between Yanga against Morrison was heard on July 29 where CAS promised to give a verdict until August 24
