Yanga Sc is expected to travel to Kigoma on Thursday ready for the final match of the Azam Federation Cup (ASFC) against Simba which will be played on Sunday, July 25 at Lake Tangayika Stadium
Acting General Secretary of Yanga Haji Mfikira said they are ready aiming to win the match
He said the game is a battle for them, they need to win to take the opportunity to participate in the CAF competition on their own abiliy
Mfikira said they have decided to go to Kigoma early so that their players have the opportunity to get used to the city's environment as well as train at the Lake Tanganyika stadium
"We are continuing with the preparations at the highest level. We will arive in Kigoma early to get used to the environment, our players to train there. We trust our youngsters, the squad is fit to fight for a victory in the final, "said Mfikiwa.
Mfikirwa said they are planning to win the match for a third time in a row
"We always say that the final is not played but the final is won, so towards the game, we are going to win the final"
