1. The value of the Agreement is 41 Billion plus VAT.
2. This agreement has given Azam all the exclusive rights for Yanga events, 'Wiki ya Wananchi', Yanga Press, General Assembly, Women/ Young Princess teams, Friendly Matches, Yanga TV Programs and all International Matches
3. This agreement is for a period of 10 years, but after five years there will be compulsory review
4. The value of this Agreement will increase by 10% annually (annual increment)
5. This agreement makes Yanga an Azam Partner in various media issues (Media Partners) not sponsorship
