Earlier today, Yanga Sc and Azam Media entered into Media content agreement worth Shs 41 billion plus VAT for a period of 10 years
The agreement was signed by Tido Mhando who is the Chief Executive Officer of Azam Media and the Chairman of the Yanga Club, Dr. Mshindo Msolla
In its first year, Yanga will earn about 2.4 Billion which is equivalent to Tsh 200 Million every month
Yanga could reap more than 3 Billion a year if they finish in the top two positions in the League
Wananchi themselves say that the money they will raise through the agreement, could buy one of the biggest club in the country and remain with a balance!
