The Steering and Management Committee of the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB) in its session on July 6, 2021 reviewed various Premier League events and made various decisions.
Among those decisions; Yanga Sc has been fined Tsh 3 Million for mistakes made during the preparation towards the game against Simba played last Saturday
The fine is based on the offense of using the gates of Uhuru Stadium to enter Benjamin Mkapa Stadium instead of the special door used by the team
Also use the press room door instead of the special door used by the team
Other offenses include entering the field using door B which was not intended to be used
Also use of cleaners room for changing clothes instead of a special changing room
In addition, Yanga is also required to pay Tsh 850,000 / - being cost for repairing the broken gates with its locks
