Yanga SC attacking midfielder Stephen Aziz Ki is expected to be part of the squad that will face Fountain Gate in the fifth round of the NBC Premier League today.
The development follows comments made by Yanga head coach Manqoba Mngqithi while speaking to journalists ahead of last week’s match against Pamba Jiji. Mngqithi indicated that the Burkinabè star would be ready before Yanga’s upcoming international fixtures.
Yanga will take on Fountain Gate at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium in Arusha at 4:00 PM, as the league leaders look to maintain their perfect start to the 2026/27 campaign.
The Jangwani-based side will then return to action on September 5 for their first continental fixture against Gaborone United of Botswana.
Aziz Ki’s potential return would provide another attacking option for Mngqithi as Yanga continue their domestic and international campaign.
