Ivory Coast defender Chamou Karaboue has officially announced his departure from Simba SC following the expiry of his contract with the Msimbazi giants.
Karaboue confirmed the news in a post on his official social media accounts, where he thanked his teammates, club officials and the fans for their support during his time at the club.
"After two years, the time has come to say thank you. Thank you for everything. I am leaving this club, but a part of me will always remain here," Karaboue wrote.
The defender joined Simba ahead of the 2023/24 season but made only one full campaign with the club before being loaned to TRA United, where he spent the 2025/26 season. His departure marks the end of his spell with the Tanzanian giants.
